Meet Mindy Peterson

I moved to Las Vegas in 2007 from Denver, Colorado, and instantly fell in love with the city’s energy, opportunity, and community. With nearly two decades in the hospitality industry—working as a bartender, mixologist, and venue manager—I learned what true five-star service means: listening carefully, anticipating needs, and creating experiences people remember.

Six years ago, I turned my passion for service into a career in real estate, helping clients buy, sell, and invest across Las Vegas and Henderson. My background in hospitality and investor relations gives me a unique edge: I understand people, I understand numbers, and I know how to structure smart deals that align with each client’s goals.
